Refund Policy

We review both non-defective and defective Reduce items. A new, unused item in its original condition, packaging and with supplied parts may be eligible when a customer changes their mind or selected the wrong product. A damaged, faulty, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed item may also be reviewed.

Request period

Contact rupuluqeles10@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, requested resolution and, for a problem item, clear photos or video where helpful.

Return procedure

Please wait for approval and the confirmed return address before sending anything. The General correspondence address is not automatically a returns location. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing. Eligible approved returns carry no restocking fee.

Exchange or credit

An approved exchange depends on stock. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
